During my time at Ranchview, I saw a program in decline with very little resources. With leadership and support, the program blossomed to a full auditorium with two theatre directors. Below are some high lights form the program built by the passionate and determined students of this community.
My Journey to Ranchview
Relocating from San Antonio, TX to Dallas was a transformational experience. Walking into a theatre program that was in decline was a challenge I embraced head on. What started as a program with low enrollment, teaching multiple Communications/Speech classes, eventually led to momentum and excitement.
The transition included a cafetorium stage to an incredible auditorium, one theatre directors led to two full time positions, and phenomenal student participation in ITS, UIL OAP, DTC Project Discovery, and many more incredible accomplishments.
